Co-owners Karen Murphy and Nancy
Nisbet wanted to use their family names when searching for a company
name. Reveley (pronounced Reev-ly) is Karen's grandfather's name and Reid
is Nancy's middle name. Karen is a licensed auctioneer who gave up her
state job as probation/parole officer to start her own business
restoring antiques and holding antique auctions. Nancy moved from her
career as a graphic artist 13 years ago to join Karen in her restoration
and auction business. As estate sales replaced auctions the business grew
to become Reid & Reveley Estate Sales.
