• Items are neatly displayed and clearly priced.

• We have plenty of helpful staff to answer questions and assist with checkout.

• We allow no preview sales or dealer discounts, in order to treat everyone  fairly.

• Sealed bids accepted.

• On the third day of the sale (usually Sunday) every item still there and not bought by bid is 1/2 of the marked price!

• Numbers for a place in line on the first day & 1/2 price day are available at the sale site at 4:00 pm the day before.

What's a sealed bid?

During the first 2 days of the sale, if an item (over $50) does not sell for full price, you can fill out a bid form with the price you are willing to pay. Your bid must be over 1/2 of the marked price.
